Explore your creative side: Judy Harris, acclaimed Cross Creek artist, will be continuing her immensely popular watercolor classes at our Hawthorne Branch. All supplies provided – all you provide is your creativity! Pre-registration is required, and space is limited to 12 students. CREATEspace: Knit and Crochet

Gather with us to work on your projects while chatting with like-minded crafters or work on a group project to donate. Cheri is happy to teach the art of knitting and crochet to interested learners.

Storytime

Do you need information about court forms and procedures? The Self Help Center of Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit Court has forms and will answer your procedural questions as you fill them out.

SHINE Counseling

Thursday, November 21: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Hawthorne Branch – AGE GROUP:  ADULTS (19 AND UP)

SHINE offers advice by trained counselors that is unbiased, confidential and free. Individual sessions are designed to help those eligible for Medicare understand their choices and options. Walk-ins are welcome on the 4th Thursday of each month at the Hawthorne Branch Library or call the Elder Care Helpline to schedule an appointment at another location or time: 1-800-963-5337.
