Bargains on books at the book sale held at the Melrose Public Library, 312 Wynwood Ave, Melrose. Buy fiction, non-fiction, novels, classics, reference volumes, biographies, travel guides, and how-to books for as little as 25 Cents! Sale runs Tuesday thru Saturday for two weeks.

Thanksgiving in the Park Thanksgiving in the Park
Join your neighbors in Heritage Park on Thanksgiving Day.  Food will be served from 11:00am until 2:00pm. Trinity Episcopal Church is also providing a bounce house, crafts for the kids, some wonderful music, and lots of delicious food for a Thanksgiving feast. There's never a charge, and everyone is welcome!
If you’d like to volunteer to help, call us at 475-2177, or just come early on Thanksgiving morning.  Set-up begins at 8:30a with hot coffee and doughnuts.

Melrose Duclimers Jam Melrose Dulcimers Jam
Join us for our monthly jam at the historic Melrose Homemaker’s Club building. Our jam includes old-time fiddle tunes, waltzes, and gospel music or whatever happens to be called. The instruments usually played at our jam?  Mountain dulcimers (of course), hammered dulcimers, kazoos, harmonicas, guitars, recorders, and occasionally a fiddle. Singing, too! Open to the public.
NOTE: for November, the jam will gather on the 1st Saturday (Nov 3rd). In December, jams will resume on 2nd Saturdays.
